This policy describes how Luxette: Beauty Selfie Camera handles information. Luxette: Beauty Selfie Camera is a camera that runs on your device: it has no account and no server of its own, your photos never leave your phone, and it shows optional ads through Google AdMob.

Information we collect

Luxette: Beauty Selfie Camera does not ask you to create an account, and the app itself collects no personal information about you.

We have no server. Nothing you shoot or edit is uploaded to us. The only data that leaves your device is what the ad service collects, described under Advertising below.

Camera and photos

Luxette: Beauty Selfie Camera uses your camera only while the camera screen is open, to show the live view and take photos.

Photos are processed on your device and saved to your photo library. When you open a photo from your library to edit it, it is read on your device only. Photos are never sent to us or to any third party.

Face data

To apply beauty effects, Luxette: Beauty Selfie Camera finds faces in the camera view and in photos you edit, using Apple's on-device face detection. This produces face positions and outlines that exist only in memory while the effect is applied.

Face data is never stored, never leaves your device, and is never shared with advertisers, analytics services or anyone else. It is not used for identification, advertising or data mining.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app offers optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch to unlock a filter. Ads are served by Google AdMob. Google and its partners may use device identifiers and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads.

Before ads start, the app asks for your consent where the law requires it, such as in the EEA and the UK. Ads are personalised only if you consent to it and allow tracking; otherwise you see non-personalised ads.

Ad services never receive your photos or face data. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings.

In-app purchases

The app offers an optional one-time purchase that unlocks every filter and removes ads. There is no subscription. Payment processing and purchase restoration are handled by Apple through the App Store.

We do not collect, store, or process any payment information. Purchase status is stored on your device and restored through your App Store account.

Children's privacy

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through ads, please contact us so we can help address it.

Data retention and security

Photos you save go to your photo library and stay there until you delete them, including after you uninstall the app. App settings and purchase status are removed when you uninstall. We do not hold any of this data because it never reaches us. Data collected by the ad service is retained according to Google's policies.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
